/home does not work from the END

The "/home" instruction works from the nether as well as from any point in the overworld.
Using it from the END results in a loading screen "Loading terrain..." which hangs. After killing the Java engine with the taskmanager I'm still sitting in the end.

After killing the dragon I have to leave the END the normal way through the center island's vanilla gate. When coming back after that, the \home may work. Sometimes. This looks as if Forge itselfs has some problems with the END when leaving it as a first timer.
Can solve the being-stuck-problem by fiddling around with amidst.
I know what causes this bug and it will be fixed in the next update- however I'm not sure exactly when I'll have time to get around to that- I will probably release it simultaneously with a 1.15.1 version
