Description of the Bug

Non-railcraft creosote can not enter/fuel the LIquid Fuel Boiler, even if such is tagged as a forge:creosote fluid. [EG: GTCEU Creosote.]

To Reproduce

Assemble a 1X2X1 Liquid Steam Boiler.
Attempt to put in railcraft creosote,note success.
Attempt to put in GTCEU creosote, note failure.

Expected behavior

Machine should accept any fluid tagged as creosote and not just the mods own.
