I own a modded server and run this mod. I do not push updates everytime a mod has one due to that being to breaking the server/modpack. Either disable that announcement in chat when a user first connects or add a config in the files or world file to disable that. Typically one would put such a config option in config for the server, however the main configs seem to be in world.
