Creative locomotives can't be color

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description of the Bug
I color the creative loco orange
Yet they stoll function as black as black

NeoForge/Forge version
47.2.0
Minecraft version
1.20.1
Minecraft server

To Reproduce
- have a creative locomotive and dye it in crafting table
- item show it have been dyed
Expected behavior
- it will come out as undyed
- and function as undyed locomotive
