Description of the Bug

unnable to link 2 carts to a cart if i broke last linked cart.
it will be linkable when re-enter the world.

To Reproduce

1. place 3 carts. ① ② ③
2. link 3 carts with crowbar. ①-②-③ (1. link ① and ② 2. link ② and ③)
3. break cart③. ①-② <-- need to break ③. there are no problem if you break ①.
4. place new cart and try to link 2 to 4. ①-② -/- ④ <-- "Link Failed" issue
5. break link 1-2. ① ② ④
6. link 2 to 4. ① ②-④
7. try to link 1-2. ① -/- ②-④ <-- "Link Failed" issue

Expected behavior

should be able to link 2 carts to a cart even if i broke last linked cart.
