Minecart with Chest filter not working in item loader or unloader

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Description of the Bug

If you rename a Minecart with Chest and set the filter in an item loader or unloader it wont recognize them. If you try the same with the liquid loader or unloader it will work

To Reproduce

Rename a Minecart with Chest and set the filter of an item loader or unloader to this cart

Expected behavior

The loader or unloader will not recognize the cart and will not load or unload items to/from it
