Cannot change launch distance of the launcher track with a crowbar.

Description of the Bug

You use via right-click a crowbar on a launcher track, but nothing seemingly happens aside from the crowbar getting used.

To Reproduce

  1. Place a launcher track
  2. Get a crowbar
  3. Use the crowbar by pressing right click on the launcher track
  4. Place some rails and use a minecart to check if the launch distance increased or decreased from the default setting.

Expected behavior

I expected either maybe an interface to open, or the game to either increase or decrease the power/distance the launcher tracks launches the minecart. Instead as far as i saw, nothing really happened.
