JEI only shows Railcraft's Creosote in Fluid Boiler

Description of the Bug
Even with another mod with Creosote installed, JEI only displays Railcraft's Creosote in the JEI tab for the Fluid Boiler.
Relevant mods:
Railcraft Reborn
Immersive Engineering
Just Enough Items
All fluids tagged with #c:creosote work in the Fluid Boiler, it's just JEI.

To Reproduce
Install:
Railcraft Reborn
Immersive Engineering
Just Enough Items
In JEI, look up the uses for Railcraft creosote, and IE creosote. It shows the use for RC Creosote in the Fluid Boiler, but not IE's Creosote.
Expected behavior
For JEI to cycle through all available Creosote fluids in #c:creosote.
