Description of the Bug

gtceu modern has steam fluid/gas defined with 373K, while railcraft has base 400K, not allowing for both mods steam boilers to be available in use. However, iron tanks can hold gt steam with no issues.

To Reproduce

1. Install gtceu modern in 1.6.4 and railcraft 1.1.9
2. Make any size boiler and give its necesary fluids for steam making
3. Attach gt fluid pipe to any part of the boiler
4. See no fluid output

Expected behavior

1. see railcraft's steam be transportable thru gt pipes, with jade
