Description of the Bug

Detector track not working like minecraft detector rail.

Minecraft detector rail power redstone under block (cf. wiki)

Configuration

- Mod version: 1.0.0 and 1.0.1
- Forge version: 47.1.1
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- Are you playing on a server?: no

To Reproduce

1. Place redstone dust
2. Place dirt above
3. Place Iron Detector Track (or other Railcraft Reborn detector tracks) above
4. Place locomotive above

Expected behavior

Redstone must powered
