Iron Tanks not saving heavy water from APS

Hi,
Forge 6.4.1.436
Loaded mods:
buildcraft-A-3.2.2.jar
Buildcraft-C-APS_0.2.6.2-MC1.4.5.zip
Railcraft_1.4.5b-6.11.1.0.zip
Core Mods:
CodeChickenCore 0.6.12.jar
NotEnoughItems 1.4.3.1.jar
Been playing with APS now it's back out and it seems Iron Tanks from Railcraft are not remember how much heavy water they have in them (they happily fill without issue).
I'm guessing this is a bug at your end but if not I can open one at the other end!
