Option for energy module in config file missing

In the config file i set the energy module to false and when i updated from 7.2.3. to 7.3.0 all the machines did not work without energy i tried reinstalling railcraft and deleting the config file but when it was restored there wanst even an option for the energy module so pls bring the option in the next version back or can someone explain to me if theres now another way
