[v10.0.1] No Rock Crusher Recipe

In Railcraft v10.0.1 on MC 1.10.2, I cannot find the Rock Crusher block recipe in JEI and the furnace does not recognize the recipe when I arrange the steel, pistons and diamonds in the correct pattern. I am also using Immersive Engineering and UniDict, and my steel blocks list 'Immersive Engineering' in the WAILA tooltip. Was the crusher removed in this version? Thanks.

On a side note, I planned on using the RC crusher to make charcoal dust so
I could craft gunpowder. My understanding is that charcoal dust requires a
RC Rock Crusher to make. If you know of another way to create charcoal dust
at the moment, without using JEI cheat mode, please let me know. Thanks.

asking will potentially increase the release date by approximately 1 year sarcasm
TLDR : don't ask when a release date will come it will come when it comes.. or when CovertJaguar comes back from Hiatus.
