Currently a signal capacitor will shut off after the set time regardless of whether the input is still on or not.

It would be very useful to have it remain on while the signal is on and to start counting down and shutting off only after the input has turned off.

Then it would be an off-delay instead of a Monoflop... I like the idea. Either this or a new block (I prefer the former)

I think by using the word "capacitor", it should function like an off delay since that's how a capacitor would work.
