Using Railcraft 8.0.2.0 and Forge 9.10.0.818

Flowing creosote oil blocks don't destroy fragile blocks like redstone dust, torches, wheat, etc... . Yet, it still makes them drop their item.

This can easily be abused to duplicate tracks.

This would be a Forge issue most likely.

Try updating Forge, I'm told its been fixed.
