Railcraft 10.1.0 Powered rolling machine doesn't accept power.

As stated in the title, running Minecraft 1.10.2 custom mod pack. Tried several mods power sources, mostly RF. Conduites, forestry engines, flux points, ect and nothing will connect to this machine. Looks like RF conversion is no longer available.
@kdb424 Use railcraft charge instead.
