I am having a issue with Railcraft and keeping the world loaded for more then 30 seconds

I should note that my "not ideal" laptop may be the reason however I am trying to find out if it is another issue. Can someone please help?

Remove/Update Optifine.

I have tried that, that was the first thing I did and it actually made the problem worse

Your crash log is caused by optifine. End of story.

Whatever happened after you removed Optifine is a different issue with a different log.
