Sometimes by riding carts in and out of a token zone a few times, the token signals simply stay green. This should be addressed with high priority.

Lowered priority because we have other more important bugs for the beta.

I believe there is a certain place that if you stop and reverse back into the zone instead of leaving fully for a time, the signals have no way to tell where you went. I know of no way to fix with the current implementation.
