A conversation with @Generalcamo lead to realization that it would be simple to create multiple variants of the Charge network. The different networks would not be directly connected but "transformers" could be used to connect them together.

In more general terms, this allows things long range Transmission lines with low resistance losses.

Proposed Networks:

• Distribution - What we have now.
• Transmission - Long range lines.
• Rail - Move tracks to the rail network and require feeders to convert from distribution to rail. Prevents using tracks as power lines.
• Catenery - Similar to rail, but above tracks, if we ever add that.
