Locomotives crashing into each other at full speed causes a server crash

Description of the Bug
When two locomotives crash into each other at full speed, their is an explosion of sorts (probably intentional) and then the server crashes.

To Reproduce
- create some kind of rail network where two trains can come to full speed with the locomotives opposing each other (either by 180 degrees or 90 degrees).
- run the locomotives
Expected behavior
I think the explosion is intentional (expected). The locomotives disappear (again expected). The server shouldn't crash probably.

Screenshot of the scenario after I reloaded (locomotives disappeared). Although I did not create this scenario to intentionally crash, I am testing what size brake and detection zones I need for different size trains based on train stretching.
Environment
- Railcraft 12.0.0-alpha-7]
- Forge version. 2772
- Possible conflicting mods and their versions. --> None that I am aware of
