Description of the Bug
Can not linked anything with the crowbar (example chest cart / mining train)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place cart chest
2. use crowbar.
3. See error

Expected behavior
should work

• Railcraft_1.7.10-9.12.2.1.jar
• forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar
• buildcraft-7.1.22.jar

unfortunately developers are working on 1.12 now. if you can find someone to corroborate, that's the best.

you have sayed it was corrected in the description but unfortunately it is not (it is quick to check ;) )

@firelook did you sneak when trying to link? if you don'tcsneak you are boosting the cart
