Crashing on Server at Launch? Looks like Railcraft trying load Client side stuff?

I seem to be crashing with railcraft-12.0.0-beta-3

I'm getting a: Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/client/renderer/tileentity/TileEntitySpecialRenderer

Keep in mind launches fine in SP / Client for days of testing just not when I launch headless linux server.

Looks like this was fixed already just not released >.> such major downfall for servers :(
