Industrial Steam Engine sound only a couple of times after turning in multiplayer (MCPC+)

Industrial Steam Engine (steam) sound only a couple of times after turning in multiplayer (MCPC+), but SMP + Open LAN they heard constantly.
MCPC+ Bug?

railcraft 8.3.2.0
server: mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B188
