New Thermal Expansion pipes changing block Meta Data and other block ID issues.

The new TE Conduits http://teamcofh.com/ seem to modify the block damage (meta data) of the block and will often change the Rolling Machine into a world anchor a section of the log is like this:

(Multiple this by about 100,000 and you can picture my console)

this is causing my server.log to explode to 50-100 megs within 1 day because it spams these lines over and over and over.

There are also issues with the Steam Boiler tanks (high and low) when being placed they turn into an iron tank wall.

I'm using the most recent version (today) of MCPC, the most recent version of 1.6.4 Railcraft and in regards to the first issue the most recent version of Thermal Expansion.

It's MCPC. Unless you can reproduce this without it there is no issue.
