Railcraft Tunnel bore can't "mine" "big" Dynamic Trees

Dynamic Trees: 1.12.2-0.9.4
Not sure which mod can fix (not sure if this is "Out of scope" of DT @ferreusveritas )
Description of the Bug
When encountering a Dynamic Trees tree, the tunnel bore gets stuck (not sure if this has anything to do with some of its trees being wider than a block or not. I did have it get stuck with a tree directly in front center as a one that was planted on the block just outside of the 3x3 area. Dynamic trees only require the main stump to be mined btw.
To Reproduce
Install mods. Run Tunnel bore into a "big" Dynamic Trees tree.
Expected behavior
Would be nice if it could mine the tree (or at least stop using fuel).

Additional context
@ElectroBot Can you try railcraft undercutter on dynamic trees?
Hmm, can the roots or other non-stump parts of the tree be harvested or broken by a player?
During normal survival gameplay, harvesting the "main" stump fells the whole tree including roots and drops the items. In creative I tried removed (by punching) the the closest root (to the bore) and even placed a grass block in its place, but didn't do anything.
What happens when you harvest the non-stump in survival? I am not asking about the "main" stump, but about the parts that the bore is currently mining.
Just tried right now. Without and without an axe (in survival) they are broken and vanish. No affect on the bore trying to mine it even when all 4 roots are destroyed.
Eh, don't need your help any more... You are always testing stuff that are useless. You should build the tracks in the other orientation so that undercutters can actually try to replace the roots.
I picked the DT tree soil block (in creative) and it gave me grass block, so I tried the undercutter with grass block to dirt block on track up to the tree. It changed all the blocks up to the 3x3 that the tree is on, but derailed since there was no more track. Tried the track layer cart and it also derailed without placing the track (since tree is in the way).
Didn't think that the undercutter could ride on blocks without tracks, so I tried the track layer. I don't think the issue is with the roots since the tunnel bore also can't mine the tree that is only 1 pixel bigger than normal block, but has no roots.
Are we sure this isn't because the Bore is pretty picky about what it can and can't destroy? If the blocks don't fall into certain categories it assumes its something "not earth" and stops.
