Put in a Golden Ticket + Paper in a forestry work table. The created "white" tickets will not have the destination matched in the Golden Ticket. They will have no destination at all.

This should be reported on the Forestry issue tracker. That said, and having some familiarity with the work table, I'm not convinced that is even possible without a massive rewrite.
