Change manipulator tier system to affect speed instead of direction

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now, advanced and normal manipulators differ in their direction of transfer. This has caused some issues with understanding in players and had raised rename proposals. However, I find such a tier not useful and won't apply to vanilla logic: looking at vanilla droppers crafted from 7 cobblestone and 1 redstone, it can transfer to any direction but at an extremely slow rate. I would suggest we do the same as vanilla, i.e. adding tier for speed instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the advanced and normal manipulators to have different speeds in loading instead of having different sets of directions available.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Renaming the manipulators won't be easy to make people identify their differences.

Don't like "just make the numbers better" tiering.

That's a better suggestion.

Could we have a powered and unpowered version instead then where the powere version can move multiple of an item at a time instead of just a single item? Say 1/4 of a stack per movement instead of a single item when powered but if no power then nothing moves?

Thank you. I've found that I have to change tons of config to combat power creep, I love that I dont have to do that to your mod.

Please keep up the amazing work guys and gals!

Rename to Gravity Loader vs Powered Loader and apply booker's suggestion to the Powered Loader.
