fluid (un)loader comparator modes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Trying to detect how full the buffer tank of a fluid loader is with a comparator to only send a tank cart when it's full, comparators read from the item slots of the fluid loader tho (which most of the time is not what you want to detect since those are mostly for hand use).

Describe the solution you'd like
A button in the fluid loader (and unloader) GUI to toggle comparator mode, could be right above the other button in the GUI. It would toggle if comparators detect the fluid tank or the item slots.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If a toggle is not possible I would rather have comparators only being able to read from the fluid tanks since that is far more usefull (and important) for automation than items in the fluid loaders.

Additional context
Somebody mentioned on discord that other mods might be able to still read from the fluid tanks or the loaders but I don't think that's a good argument since RC should work well on its own.
In my example I don't want to use open computers or anything, I pretty much cannot detect the more important information about fluid loaders at the moment.

Your use case is flawed, Fluid Loaders already possess a feature to hold a cart until its full.

While I agree that a reading of the tank of loader probably makes more sense than the inventory, I don't believe a button is needed.

How? I want to use the output to determine if I send a cart to that loader in the first place.

Yeah I can see that, only mentioned the option if there was some use for reading from the item slots that I wasn't aware of. I am totally fine with the tank being the only thing you can read from!

Ah I see, that makes sense! Its a logistics system basically.
