So, the stock furnace cart. It works like poor man's locomotive with lots of problems. Seeming that we already have locomotives in Railcraft I'd propose to make stock furnace cart behave like actual furnace, so that we can cook on the move and such.

If changing stock cart behaviour is hard then I propose to simply add another cart that puts stock furnace block functionality onto rails.
