Description of the Bug
Tunnel bore doesn't place items into first chest cart, but rather dumps them on the ground if 2nd cart is a regular cart or into the players inventory if they are riding that cart.

Expected behavior
Tunnel bore should prioritze chest carts, then player inventory, next drop items on ground. It would also be useful if there were an option to void blocks if there isn't enough space available and/or stop the bore mining.
