Electric tracks being blown up break charge net

Hi,

Description of the Bug
When a train explodes on an electric track, the destroyed tracks need to be placed and broken, then replaced for the charge net to form properly.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a situation in which a train blows up electric tracks.
  2. Replace the blown up tracks.
  3. Check with the charge meter that the net is split on both ends of the replaced tracks, then break and replace tracks, and check that the net is once again complete.

Expected behavior
Replacing the tracks once should rebuild the net properly.
