Description of the Bug
I don't have any railroad crossings on my modpack, I don't have idea what's going wrong.

To Reproduce
I don't know how, I use mc 1.12.2 and forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838-universal, I start local server for game, just me and my wife. I like trains and like railroadcraft, net servers don't like this mod coz of a lot of dupes and ways for grif.

Expected behavior
I just want to build nice railroad system...
