Crashing on Previously Saved World Load After Adding Railcraft to Modpack

Description of the Bug

Upon loading a previously created world, the game will either crash, or the block IDs within a world will become corrupt (resulting in "trees" made of ores, "ores" made out of stairs, "plants" made out of glass, etc). Forge will also always warn of having to use a backup level.dat file. (There are no issues when creating a fresh world.)

To Reproduce

  1. Install this mod configuration. (The crash reports did not give an indication of what mod[s] Railcraft was conflicting with, so my full configuration has been provided.)
  2. (Optional) Create a fresh world and add machines, blocks, etc.
  3. Add Railcraft to the mod configuration, and restart Minecraft.
  4. Attempt to load any previously generated world. Four worlds have already been provided: one that has been tested and will crash on load, a backup of the crash world that has not yet been loaded with Railcraft (I recommend keeping a "master" copy of this world), a world that has been tested and has corrupted block IDs, and a backup of the corrupted ID world that has not yet been loaded with Railcraft (I recommend keeping a "master" copy of this world as well).
  5. Agree to any missing blocks & items (this is not part of the issue), and agree to continue with the backup level.dat file.
  6. At this point the game will either hard-crash, freeze-crash, or you will find yourself in a world with corrupted block IDs.

Expected behavior

Originally expected the world to load up normally with Railcraft installed.

Issue resolved - Modpack had hit the ID limit.

Installing JustEnoughIDs fixed the issue.
