Boiler does not accept Thermal Expansion Refined Fuel

Description of the Bug
The fluid fueled firebox does not accept Thermal Expansion's Refined Fuel as a valid fuel source.

To Reproduce

  1. Build a fluid fueled firebox
  2. try to add a bucket of Refined Fuel to the firebox.
  3. See that it doesn't work.

Expected behavior
In previous versions, fuel could be used as a source of power in Fluid fueled fireboxes. In 1.12.2, the fluid fueled firebox should accept fuels.
