I am playing the mod on 1.12.2. When the Factory module is disabled, some items are no longer craftable. For example, there is no recipe for Track Parts. This means that Track Kits cannot be crafted, and thus any track requiring a track kit is uncraftable. Likewise, there is no way to make steel in the game if the Factory module is disabled.

Expected behavior: when the Factory module is disabled, new recipes should be defined so that items can be crafted without using the rolling machine, blast furnace, etc.

I have tested this in Forge version 14.23.5.2854, with only Railcraft and JEI installed.
