Description of the Bug
Carts, linked with the Railcraft linkage tool, randomly looses the connection. These could be locomotive, special carts or normal carts, doesnt matter. There was already such thread because of this bug, #882 it was "apperently" fixed, there is also a Railcraft version with this bug fixed in the description, but the bug is NOT fixed, it STILL persists. And its very annoying because i build a train line and then it just breaks, i built for nothing. To Reproduce
As i wrote, it happens randomly, i dont know how to reproduce it!

Expected behavior
The minecarts remembers the linkage, once set and never loses it by itself.
