Railcraft Retrogen 1.12.2 not able to build or find binary

Hi!

I understand that this is quite wrong place to write issue for retrogen, but it's own repository has issues disabled (?).

I am stuck with world generated with issue #1811. I want to fix the ore generation configs and run Retrogen to be able to get Zink and Nickel for Electrical Locomotives creation.

I have tried building Railcraft Retrogen by myself and got multiple Resource Missing errors, as shown below. I am not an Java developer, but a humble electrical engineer who just loves dealing with virtual electricity and rails.

Can anyone supply me binary of this retrogen mod or any manual how to compile it by myself.

p.s. my OS is Linux Mint 20.2 if that does matter and Java is set to JDK 8u292
