Description of the Bug
When using the beta-7, the crowbar doesn't change the direction of the intersection tracks (i updated from beta-3 and it was working in this beta). I'm using only railcraft.

To Reproduce

1. Place 4 tracks
2. Use the spike maul to create an intersection
3. Try to change the direction of the first type of intersection right-clicking with a crowbar
