Description of the Bug
It's not possible to fill the glass bottles with creosote oil using the GUI of the iron and steel tanks. I'm using the beta-7 and I have no more mods installed.

To Reproduce

1. Put one or more glass bottles into a tank, it seems that the GUI admits the bottles (and the wiki says that).
2. Wait a few seconds
3. The glass bottle moves to the output slot but it has no creosote oil inside and the tanks has the same amount of creosote.

Expected behavior
Have a bottle with creosote oil, got an empty bottle instead.

Intentional, the fluid handling for bottles is just broken on a fundamental level so I actually blacklisted them.
