Tank cart crash

Description of the Bug
When placing a tank cart, the game just crashes and every time you enter the world it keeps crashing. Beta-7 with only railcraft and JEI installed.

To Reproduce

  1. Place a tank cart on any track.
  2. Game crashed.
    The only way to recover the world is to delete the entity with NBTExplorer.
