[1.12.2][BUG]Metals & Void Chest Cart do not drop contained items

Description of the Bug
If you break a Metals Chest Cart or Void Chest Cart with items inside, the items will simply not fall out and disappear forever.

To Reproduce

  1. Put on rails Metals Chest Cart or Void Chest Cart
  2. Put items inside the cart
  3. Break the cart and no items will drop, only an empty minecart will drop

Expected behavior
Items that are inside the cart should drop in the same way as it happens with the vanilla minecart with a chest
