Crashing when right clicking tank's bottom valve blocks with Quark installed

First reported over xJon/Tekkit-2#135.
To Reproduce
- Install Railcraft
beta-8and Quark with its default features enabled. - Setup a tank multiblock with a valve block placed on the bottom.
- Right click the valve block.

This is resolved by ACGaming/Quark@9325b5f, but Railcraft should probably still take a look at this issue.
