Description of the Bug
Electric Feeder Units supply power only for Few Blocks Range

To Reproduce
1.- Place Electric Tracks and Either IC2 or Admin Feeder Units Underneath
2.- Power Will not be Transmitted to Locomotives Further Away than ~5 Blocks

Expected behavior
I Expected the Power to go much further than that

Logs & Environment
Latest Version of Railcraft for 1.12.2
I've gone through the entire log and there is nothing out of the ordinary for Railcraft or IC2.

Additional context
Everything else in Railcraft works fine. Steam locomotives run normally, and all Track Kits work as Expected.

Edit: After Restarting the Game it Fixed Itself
