appearance of jaded stones in an extra-flat world

To Reproduce
Create a flat world with the beta version of railcraft and explore

Expected behavior
it would not have to appear in a slimline one

Additional context
What I would do to solve it is a script that detects if it is a normal or extra-flat world. If it is normal, it would let the model be generated. If it is flat, it would not.
