Powered Repeaters and Comparators Glitch When Powered In A Loaded Chunk

Description and how to reproduce
When I was doing some redstone mechanisms in loaded chunks with a worldspike. A repeater or comparator mechanism (shown in the picture below), if loaded with world spike and powered and leave the chunks, and unpower the redstone, there is a random chance that the mechanism would stay powered for some reason. I don't know why, I guess its something to do the mod of how it loads unloaded chunks.
Please fix, as this bug is annoying and I can't think of any other alternatives apart from a bug report.
