Charge network not transmitting

Description of the Bug
The charge network does not transmit any charge. I tried Flux Transformer and IC2 Charge Feeder Unit and none of them works. I also tried putting Admin Charge Feeder Unit rigth next to Rock Crusher which transmits some power and then nothing.

To Reproduce

  1. Place fluxduct
  2. Place Flux transformer next to it
  3. Place Rock Crusher or Powered Rolling Machine
  4. The network usage is at 100% and noting processes

Expected behavior

Machines accept charge and process items.
