Worldspike causes all machines to rotate 90 degrees

Description of the Bug
If you place a world spike in a world with many machines, the chunks are potentially loaded too quickly. In any case, this leads to all machines being rotated by 90 degrees and thus impairing production.
To Reproduce
- Start Tekkit 2 from the TechnicLauncher.
- Create a world with a lot of machines and complex productions.
- After that, go to a different place far away and build some productions there.
- Place a Standard Worldspike in the world, potentially with the Worldspike Point too.
- Save and quit the game. Join back in.
- Go back to the initial place, where you started.
- All the machines should be rotated.
Expected behavior
I expected the machines to be rotated the normal way around. It's important to mention that the machines and solar panels always rotate 90 degrees when being placed in the first place. But then immediately afterwards, they change the angle and look the right way. This is the normal way when placing blocks. And that's also the reason why I assume that the chunks are being loaded way too fast with the Worldspike.

This post should not be ignored, as it is a fatal game error and severely impairs the gaming experience - especially in combination with IndustrialCraft Classic.
