Description of the Bug

Trying to pipe water into a Steam Boiler causes significantly lowered FPS and some micro-stutters.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a 3x4x3 Solid High Pressure Steam Boiler.
  2. Pipe water into it (via any means)
  3. See the performance drop: FPS is immediately lowered by ~25-50%, there are micro-stutters, and there are about ~20 chunk updates (compared to ~0-2 when piped water is disconnected)

Additional context

There have been reports of this occurring also with the Steam Turbine.
