[1.12.2] Neither energy converter seems to work

Description of the Bug
Neither power converter seems to work. I have tried both the Flux multiblock and the IC2 converter while powered with a lever.

I have tried routing the power into the Flux multiblock with both EnderIO and Mekanism. Switching from IC2C to IC2E also did not help. The powered rolling machine (my testing block) does not seem to receive any power from either converter whether it is attached directly or via the charge shunting wire.

Tested on both 12.0.0 and 12.1.0-beta-8.

To Reproduce

  1. Get a power source
  2. Build one of the converters (depending on your power source)
  3. Connect the power source to the converter and the converter to your desired machine

Expected behavior
Working power conversion

Screenshots & Video
The video I recorded is too large for GitHub, so I have uploaded it as unlisted on YouTube: https://youtu.be/X5urCsQNxK8

Logs & Environment
I have the log open on my other screen and have not observed any messages from Railcraft (or at least any seemingly relevant messages).

Here's what I get when I manually crash the server: https://gist.github.com/Octelly/e2ea65f76b69504ff43b4034fa05ec2a

I think the problem is with ASM mods, after some testing I found out that both FermiumASM and CensoredASM stopped the flux converter multiblock from working (Didn't try the IC2 converters, I assume the same thing happens, also only did the 12.0.0 ver of RailCraft, but I also assume the same thing happens on other versions) not sure if ASM mods are the issue or if its railcraft, but it was the first thing I found that stops the flux converter, so it might be a compatibility problem between them
