Description of the Bug

I had collected a firestone ore in a shulker box using a rftools builder. Once I returned to my base to dump the contents of my shulker box into my storage system, you burned down my base.

That's objectively extremely poor game design. I have ftb chunks installed and have claimed the chunks. So I should be able to build a base of wood without malicious mod devs griefing my base.

To Reproduce

1. Put firestone in shulker box
2. Return to a claimed chunk
3. Put firestone in inventory
4. Watch in horror as your base is reduced to ash

Expected behavior

Mod devs can't grief my base in claimed chunks.

Additional context

The block was supposed to have a description saying it sets on fire nearby blocks but was broken in 1.12 when the block's ID was changed. And it turns out that the way the item sets fire to nearby blocks does so in a way that is not compatible with anything that should stop it such as FTB claimed chunks and Galacticraft dimensions once GalaxySpace is installed.

Also, the description found in the FTB wiki says that the refined version doesn't set fire to the environment which appears to be incorrect. It very much does.
